I decided to nourish myself and catch up on your BLOG from the time of the Kindness Concert. What a great idea--much better than the work that was waiting for me. With empathy pains! Every four or five days I slow down long enough to catch up on my reading of your BLOG . . . I read about the incredible trials you put your body through and I start to feel pain. I try to eat as well as you appear to, and because I am not pulling a 70 pound trailer 8-12 hours a day, I've been putting on quite a bit of weight! Unfortunately the massages you seem to get on a regular basis have not been materializing in any substantial way . . .!
