....i'm HOME!!!!! YAHOOOOOOO!
...what a long day yesterday....i rode all the way from Hope to Vancouver....100 miles, 160 Km....i'm totally exhausted and exhillirated- although it doesn't show on my face yet!
By the way, it was the first sunny, warm day in a LONG time!
...i've put my bicycle away for awhile...i gave it a big hug first!

EVERYONE....i have decided to continue the bicycle journey as planned....i will be arriving back in Vancouver Canada on Sunday, May 3rd at 11 am at the Centre for Spiritual Living at 1495 West 8th (Masonic Hall) where i have been asked to be the Guest Speaker...i would be sooooooo happy and thrilled to see everyone there!
i appreciate so so much all the emails of support! It's been a long tough trip but the stories of KINDNESS have filled my heart and inspired me to carry on!

Hi all YOU special people reading my BLOGS...

...i have some VERY tough news to share and i'm feeling such a deep sense of sadness as i write to you! The last week or so of this 6 1/2 month, 7,000 mile bicycle trip for KINDNESS has been extremely tough on my body and i have been totally exhausted! i just entered Canada at Victoria and it's been very emotional seeing Wilma again...it has not been easy for her at school and for me on the road, although i am totally fulfilled with what we (our Kin… Continue

It is of no concern to us who takes the final credit
But simply that the work gets done

I dont have a car right now, mine died in the summer. But I do occasionally get to Victoria as Stephanie lives there. So we may see each other one of these days - also dont forget the beaches in Tofino - try to find time when roads are good to get over there while you're on the island. I know they keep you busy though, you'll be lucky to keep your eyebrows plucked. (Once you become a Crone like me, you save a lot of time, I barely comb my hair any more, ha ha!)
