...never been so exhausted....i'm FRAZZLED and i was a bit delerious today! Didn't think i'd make it! 145 Km through the steep mountains from Princeton to Hope...10 VERY LONG hours of riding! Lots of scarey moments, but i'm safe and TIRED!

...i'm not sure what is going on with my body...perfect riding day - finally some warmth and sunshine - and not a huge amount of miles...about 5 hours riding, all zigzagging on side roads which is tough and twice the distance - and i have been totally wiped out....no strength!...and i have some HUGE climbs coming up from Hope to Kamloops! YIKES!

...interesting that at the bike shop where they fixed my flat back tire...they were amazed after all my long distant riding i don't know how - not very good at - changing flat tires...well they put the back wheel on wrong where it connects with my trailer and my tire almost flew off going down a steep incline...almost a disaster...exactly why i 'don't' fix my tires…
