...please don't ever complain about our wonderful shoulders in B.C. - WOW, what a difference from the U.S. in most States...i've had two of my best riding days in the last few days...GREAT shoulders today, except i wish they would hurry and sweep the gravel off the shoulders...very dangerous in places...not so bad right now with the ideal conditions, but in the rain and cold that i went through lately in the States, it is very scary!
...i rode a long 110 Km from Kamloops and i'm staying with the most warm, and friendly family...they laugh a lot and love and respect each other 'very' much! The 13 year old boy is really into the circus and clowning...the daughters are very conscious of the environment and bringing up children in healthy, loving ways!
...i'm actually a day ahead, which has never happened before...i think i'm excited about getting HOME, and it's great riding in B.C. - people in Salmon Arm are so friendly (maybe it's because i'm happier too)...the first person i met, Stephanie, i talked to on the street - she is a Grade 7 teacher...she has a very fortunate class to have her...i went to get a haircut and they did it for free...they loved what i'm doing. Then i met Amy and Victoria...Amy has formed an all-girl band and they just want to do meaningful songs and for important 'causes' - they just did their first Concert and raised $1100 for a 'cause'. WOW!
